You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The return period begins on the date you receive the item. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Custom-made or personalized items may have different return terms, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Items must be returned in their original condition, showing no signs of wear, damage, or use. All original packaging, documentation, and accessories must be included with the return. Items that have been assembled, modified, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to charge a restocking fee for items returned in less than original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a defective item or incorrect product. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund amount will include the purchase price, excluding original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
